Overwhelmed about giving birth? Get straightforward, evidence-based tips from me. From pregnancy to labor, you'll be supported and comfortable so that you can have the best birthing experience possible.

What You Get:

  • Text, phone, and email support throughout your pregnancy.

  • On call period from two (2) weeks before your due date until baby arrives.

  • Two (2) in-person prenatal visits.

  • One (1) virtual birth planning session (optional).

  • One (1) virtual lactation or bottle feeding session (optional).

  • One (1) in-person postpartum visit including feeding help as needed.

  • FREE rental of a labor TENS unit. Only available if there is an open unit during your due date. Clients get first pick of rentals.

  • Use of a CUB chair during your labor and delivery if desired.

  • Ability to borrow and read any books from my lending library.

  • Access to my online client resource library; including handouts and workbooks.

    Alternative appointments:

    • Birth planning session: $100

Birth planning sessions are available to anyone. Current clients receive birth planning sessions included in their services.

Sessions are for up to two (2) hours long and are conducted via video chat.

Perfect for those looking for pregnancy and labor support in either a hospital, birthing center, or
at-home setting.
